Some of TO’s market managers are headed to the Guelph Organic Conference this weekend, for the big annual meetup on all things organic. It may be chilly outside, but it’s time for spring thinking! Later in February there’s also a Toronto option, the 2013 Organic Consumer Conference put on by Canadian Organic Growers on the 16th.

One of the exciting developments underway for markets is the many new crops and products that farmers are adding to their selections. The direct feedback they get from market customers helps a lot in encouraging this trend, so keep the conversation going!
